Uma opção bem interessante é marcar a config como Somente leitura pois assim ninguém poderá modificar a mesma, mudar suas rates, sua tag vai ficar sempre igual (lógico que dá pra mudar durante o jogo, mas ao dar exec config.cfg ou sair do cs, reseta), etc, etc...
Para fazê-lo, clique com o botão direito do mouse sobre a config>Propriedades>Somente leitura.
